I am a telecom engineer who was rendered obsolete in the 2001 telecom bust. I moved to code and designed and ran my own business (some say ahead of its time) to service the construction industry, again wiped out during the crash of 2007, hitting the construction industry the hardest.
It's ok, I thought, I will fall back and concentrate on writing code, and became heavy into AI. And here we are again, another industry on the verge of being wiped out, another government that will do nothing for me, as it did nothing for me during telecom, during 2007, heck, even COVID almost bankrupted me, kicking me hard while I was already down and what did I get? A $2,000 check to live on for almost the entire year?
I know the dangers of AI. I am in that space. I hear the rhetoric but never answers. Here's my answers, do you agree?
That's why I built this. The parties we have aren't going to do what the next decade requires, and somebody needed to start. I'm not running for anything. I'm not a former senator. I'm not somebody you've seen on cable news. I'm a citizen who realized the work was not being done by anyone else and decided to start doing it. I wrote the platform. I wrote the essays. I am paying for the server. I am waiting for the people who recognize what's happening to find this and decide to help.
This isn't about me. This was never going to be about me. The country needs a coalition that reads, thinks, and acts. The founder of a coalition is the least important person in the coalition; he's the one who had the time to set up the infrastructure first. What matters is who shows up next.
That's the second card.
